IMG Medical Insurance for Cultural Exchange Individuals Traveling Abroad

We offer the IMG Patriot Exchange Insurance plan for cultural exchange individuals and students traveling and studying outside their country of citizenship. If you are studying overseas this year, this is a great travel medical insurance plan for you.

The Patriot Exchange Program is designed for those who are:

  • actively engaged or participating in an educational or cultural exchange program in the country of assignment.
  • traveling to a destination that is not their home country.

We offer both an individual and a group plan from IMG that can be purchased online below.

Individual Plan - Patriot Exchange Program

Designed for students studying abroad or participants of cultural exchange programs. Two plan options are available.

  1. Basic short term travel plan is an economical plan
  2. Standard short-term travel plan is designed to meet the U.S. visa travel insurance requirements.
Plans are available in monthly increments and if a minimum of 3 months is purchased, coverage may be renewed (without break in coverage) for a total of 24 months.

 

Group Plan - Patriot Group Exchange Program

The plan is designed for a students studying abroad or participants of a group cultural exchange program. Three plan options are available. 

  1. Basic short-term travel plan is an economical plan
  2. Standard short-term travel plan is designed to meet the U.S. visa travel insurance requirements. 
  3. Long-term annual plan has the flexibility to be tailored to meet specific needs of each program and can be renewed annually. 

Plans are available in monthly increments and if a minimum of 3 months is purchased, coverage may be renewed (without break in coverage) for a total of 24 months.
